The Collect Room only sells 100% authentic products. For autographed memorabilia, we provide details of where and when each item was signed on our official The Collect Room Certificate of Authenticity (C.O.A), which serves as your proof that the signature is 100% genuine and can be verified on our official digital site (CLICK HERE). We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or “grey market” items. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. Each of our products is authenticated in detail and with care to leave no doubt about its legitimacy. After all, authenticity means everything to us because it means everything to you.

Our products are available for retail sales in all GCC countries: United Arab Emirates (Mall of Emirates, Yas Mall, and Dubai Hills), Saudi Arabia (Red Sea Mall), Kuwait (Avenue Mall), Bahrain (City Centre), Qatar (TBA), and also online via our official E-commerce website www.thecollectroom.com.

IS AN ONLINE PAYMENT SECURE?

Payments at The Collect Room are 100% secure. All payments are handled in a secure online environment through our payment provider Stripe.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay), PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (Within UAE only).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

We do not accept:

- Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if still under warranty.
- Products that have been used, altered, C.O.A lost or damaged, security hologram missing or defective, assembled or installed, unless defective.
- Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace defective products at our discretion.
- Products you wish to exchange for a different colour or size. (We currently do not offer an exchange service, which means you must return the product first and purchase the desired one.)
- Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme can be exchanged only during the promotion period.

Return & exchange orders are processed within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Authenticity tags, certificates, or security holograms must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with our exchange & return policy. Shipping fees for returns & exchanges are not covered by us.

CAN I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

Yes, once your package has been shipped, we will send you tracking information so you know when to expect your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Generally, purchased items are shipped within 2–3 business days. Additional time may be required for custom framing, wooden crating, promotional periods, or holidays. After shipment, you will receive a DHL email with a tracking number. In case of recipient absence, DHL will attempt redelivery twice more; afterward, the recipient must contact the local DHL facility to retrieve the package.

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

To update your shipping address, please contact us by phone or email before your item ships. Once shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on size, weight, and destination.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAX OR CUSTOMS ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Duties and taxes are imposed by the government at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees incurred on international orders.

HOW LONG DOES FRAMING TAKE?

Frames are handmade, and the process usually takes 7–10 business days.

I HAVE A SHIRT, DO YOU FRAME?
