HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEMS ARE AUTHENTIC?

The Collect Room only sells 100% authentic products. For autographed memorabilia We provide details of where and when each item was signed on our official The Collect Room Certificate of Authenticity (C.O.A), which serves as your proof that the signature is 100% genuine and can be verify our official digital site (CLICK HERE). We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes, “grey market” items. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. Each of our products is authenticated in detail and with care to leave no doubt about its legitimacy. After all, authenticity means everything to us because it means everything to you.

IS AN ONLINE PAYMENT SECURE?

A payment at The Collect Room is 100% secure. All payments are handled in a secure online environment through our payment provider Stripe.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

We do not accept:

- Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
- Products that have been used, altered, C.O.A lost or damages, security hologram missing or defected in both either certificate or products itself, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
- Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.
- Products you wish to exchange for a different colour or size. (We currently do not offer an exchange service which means that you will need to return the product first and purchase what you wish instead).
- Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme can be exchanged only during the promotion period.

Return & exchange order processed within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that authenticity tags, certificate or security hologram must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with our exchange & return policy. we will not cover any shipping fees for return & exchange requests.

To return & exchange an item, please reach out to us at info@thecollectroom.com. Kindly note that after we receiving the return & exchange products it will take 7-10 business days for the process.

CAN I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

Yes, once your package has been shipped, we will send you your tracking information so you know when to expect your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER DELIVERED?

Generally, your purchased items will be shipped within 2 -3 business days. Additional time may be required if requested for the custom framing and wooden crating process or during promotional periods and holidays. After your order has been shipped you will receive an email from DHL with a tracking number. In case recipient’s absence, DHL will make two more attempts to redeliver, after which the recipient will have to contact local DHL facility to retrieve it.

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

To update your shipping address, please contact us by phone or email before shipping your item. Once your order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship worldwide. The shipping cost depends on the size, weight, and destination.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR TAX OR CUSTOMS ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

The duties and taxes are imposed by government on your order at the time of the delivery. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order.

HOW LONG DOES FRAMING TAKE?

Frames are handmade and the process usually takes 7-10 business days.

I HAVE A SHIRT, DO YOU FRAME?
